2. Nature of Our Service
Loanely is an independent digital credit directory and financial information publication. We are not a lender, credit broker, or financial advisor. We do not issue loans, collect loan applications, or negotiate credit terms on behalf of borrowers or lenders.
3. Listing Fees & M-Pesa Payments
Digital credit providers may submit app listing applications through our paid directory placement tiers (Basic KES 500 lifetime, Featured KES 3,000/mo). All payments processed via Safaricom M-Pesa STK Push are non-refundable once moderation approval is completed.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, including the Central Bank of Kenya Act and Data Protection Act 2019.
